If you are interested in having your loved one get an Illinois State Identification Card, please fill out the attached forms and return them to Melissa Ajao at Ludeman.

Melissa also said the letter and forms have been mailed to guardians.

Hello Parents and Friends of Ludeman Center!

The Ludeman Center is celebrating Earth Day, Monday, April 22nd.

Ludeman Center Residents will be planting flower​ pots to take back to their home​s​.

Parents, Families, and Guardians of Ludeman Residents are invited to come and join the fun!

The Ludeman event will take place in the Gym (Building 64) at the Center on Monday, April 22nd from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

​Contact the Ludeman Center to check if your loved one will be attending the event on Monday.

PFLC has donated funds for planting supplies – thank you for your donations!
