May 16 – 17*, 2020 Ludeman COVID-19 Status

Ludeman has tested all residents at the Ludeman Center for COVID-19.  Ludeman will notify families of the testing process and results. *NOTE: We do not anticipate receiving a report going forward on Sundays.

The State of Illinois has also provided a link with daily updates regarding the Ludeman Center and other facilities.  Scroll down to the lower portion of the page for some very helpful information and guidance under the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ that will help you stay informed. 

IDHS COVID-19 Data & Frequently Asked Questions

* Ludeman Residents:  202 tested positive.  142 tested negative. 0 pending results.
        NOTE: Some individuals have been tested more than once.
* Ludeman Staff: 113 tested positive. 58 Recovered and Returned to Work. 
* 35 of 38 occupied Ludeman Homes have individuals that have been tested for COVID-19.

Staff Wellness checks are being conducted before reporting to their assignment.
