PLFC has some good news to share!
The Activity Department notified us that the Special Olympics is ON!
Contact the ELDC Activity Department at 708-283-3107 to be sure your loved one is on the list as a participant.
The ELDC Activity Department must have a current completed, signed form from all parents/guardians to participate.
The ELDC Activity Department will send you the pre-filled form with your loved one’s information to you to sign and mail back to them.
ELDC has a ‘short window’ of time to meet the Special Olympics deadline to enroll your loved one for participation, and they must have a completed form so mail it back to them as soon as possible.
