Dear Parents and Friends of Ludeman Center,
The Illinois State Operated Developmental Centers Administration is requesting that all Developmental Centers in Illinois notify Guardians & Families to test upon arrival at their Center prior to taking their loved one home and/or prior to an onsite visit.
Guardians and Families are encouraged to test regardless of their vaccination status. This is an added layer of protection for your loved one.
Please call the Ludeman Center when you arrive and remain in your car. Once you are on the Ludeman Center property, drive to Building #13 where the COVID-19 Testing is available. When you arrive, call 708-283-3213. A Ludeman Staff Member will come out to your car to perform the COVID-19 Test.
