In order to keep you informed of the COVID-19 status at the Ludeman Center, PFLC will be posting updates to our website as we are notified by the Administration.

As of April 16th:

The Illinois National Guard is now on site at the Ludeman Center to assist the Ludeman Administration with the COVID-19 management.

* Ludeman Residents:   81 tested positive.  11 tested negative.  The Residents that tested positive are being monitored and treated by the Ludeman Medical Team.  An Infectious Disease doctor has joined the Ludeman Medical Team.

* Ludeman Staff:  25 tested positive. Staff Wellness checks are being conducted before reporting to their assignment.  Sadly, one Ludeman Staff member has succumbed to the COVID-19 virus.  Michelle Abernathy, Unit 1 Director, lost her life on April 14th.  We send our condolences to her family.
